This cola - “Souk Cola” - is delicious, healthy, and one of a kind. It's a craft cola created by people around the world and spice professionals from Dubai: Souk Cola is Dubai itself! We want to spread the word and make Souk Cola a trademark Dubai staple!

Dubai's heat inspired Souk Cola's creation, a unique beverage born from a quest for relief. After battling health issues from traditional cola, I joined forces with a chef and classmate to craft our own. Despite challenges, our perseverance paid off with a flavorful cola enriched with spices offering both taste and health benefits. The project grew into a collaborative venture, welcoming international students to add their spice preferences. Experimentation continued in local cafes, leading to delightful discoveries amidst some failed attempts.
